Goals for October 2016

First of all, an update on how I did with last month's goals:
  1. Stick to a workout plan for 30 days - Yes and No on this one. YES, because I have actually managed to stick to a plan and workout 3 days a week for most of September, and NO because I had to take a week off due to a particularly nasty cold. The plan is a 6 week program, so I'm going to continue it into October too.
  2. Complete the HTML course on Sitepoint Premium - YES, completed the HTML module AND the CSS module.
      3.  Cut back on my coffee consumption - a big fat resounding NO on this one. I managed to cut back                 to 2 cups of coffee a day...for 2 days. I am way more addicted to caffeine than I first realised!

  
​Ok, so for October, my goals are as follows:
  1. Stick to my current workout plan for 3 more weeks, then take a week off
  2. Experiment with Sleep Hacking to improve my quality of sleep each night
  3. Complete 2 modules in the Sitepoint premium Build Your First Website course
