First of all, a recap of how I did with my goals last month - I didn't make any goals last month. Wow, way to go Ryan!
Last month was kinda crazy with work, travel, being sick again, so it wasn't exactly productive. But today is a new day, so I'm moving on :)
So, April. Here's a recap with a 'grade' for each:
Ok, So moving on to June. Here's the list:
30x10 - This means I aim to do a minimum of 10 minutes of physical activity every day for 30 days. That can be calisthenics, yoga, walking, sprinting, or playing with my kids as long as it's active.
Complete Merch Udemy course - pretty self explanatory.
Track all meals - my thinking is that if I track everything I consume, eventually I'll consume less crap stuff and more good stuff. I have an evernote notebook called Food Log and each day I type in what I eat and drink and bold the bad stuff.
Read 2 books from my list - again, self explanatory. This month will be Extreme Ownership and Essentialism, book reports to come at a later date.
1 new recipe a week - means try 1 new recipe a week...
Ok, so that's June sorted. Let's see how much I get done.
