I stupidly managed to aggravate my knee AGAIN. So no more squats for me for a while.
This time round I've decided to be a bit more proactive and not take my usual course of "I just won't use that knee for a while and then it'll all be fine."
There's this guy on the Interwebs named Anthony Mychal. He's a fitness guru / trainer / Captain America look-a-like and also an author.
He has a book out called An Athlete's Guide to Chronic Knee Pain. Well, I'm no athlete, but the second half of that title definitely applies to me.
I have been diligently following Anthony's rehab training plan for the past week now, and it's an 8 week plan, so 7 weeks to go. Basically what I found after reading his book first is that I have 2 main problems:
